Reasonable doubt in this case either means “she strangled her kids one by one while the others watched on in fear until she finally killed all of them but she was psychotic so is not guilty for her actions” or “she strangled her kids one by one while the others watched on in fear until she finally killed all of them and is guilty of those crimes”
There’s no doubt in the case as to whether she strangled those kids. Disgusting.

For the perpetrator, yes. The issue is there’s a bunch of evidence that makes the case less than clear cut. In turn, that creates reasonable doubt. The jury isn’t still hung because the case is clear. The husbands account of events, police response and physical evidence all leave questions. But hey, let’s make it political cause you haven’t done any actual research into the case.

What makes you think it's the men? I haven't been following it so idk how many jurors are mom's, but there's all sorts of reasons a woman could find this to be murder.
