Does Constantine have magic or does he just use magical artifacts?
I’ve only seen a few things with him in it and at first I thought it was cool that he didn’t have his own magic, he was just using existing magical artifacts and rituals but then I saw a few clips that look like he’s just using normal magic. Does he have his own magic or is he just using things than anyone could use if they knew about it?

I wrote a pilot script for a Constantine sequel TV show (fan project, not official) - would love feedback from fans
Hey everyone,
I wrote a 42-page pilot script for a dark supernatural series inspired by Constantine/Hellblazer called Constantine: Resurrection.
This is a fan-made sequel concept, not an official project. My goal was to stay as close as possible to the tone of Hellblazer while building a serialized TV-style story around it.
The focus is:
- grounded occult horror rather than “fantasy magic”
- consequences for magic and deals (nothing comes free)
- character-driven tension between John, Chas, and Zed
- a larger occult network slowly unfolding in the background
Logline:
John Constantine returns after six years to find his allies fractured and a growing occult network forming—one that is directly tied to a deal he made in Hell, and a countdown he can’t escape.
Context (so you know what you’re reading):
- Structured as a 3-act pilot
- ~55–65 minute episode pacing
- Mix of investigation, occult mechanics, and action set-pieces
- Built to feel like a continuation of Constantine’s world, not a reboot
What I’m specifically trying to get feedback on from fans:
- Character accuracy
Does John feel like Constantine in voice, behavior, and decisions?
Does Chas and Zed feel consistent with their versions?
- Tone
Does it feel like Hellblazer / Constantine in atmosphere, or does it drift into something else?
- World / occult logic
Do the rules of the Brujería / symbols / possession feel understandable and grounded?
- The Zed neighborhood sequence
Did it feel tense and escalating, or repetitive?
- Ending hook
Does it feel like a strong lead-in to episode 2?
Script (Google Drive – view only):

Thanks a lot to anyone who takes the time to read it.
Note: I’m currently reading through the original Hellblazer comics alongside revisiting the adaptations. The tone here is heavily influenced by that version of Constantine.

Which Ones Should I Get?
Those are the Hellblazers at my local comic book store. I already picked Bad Habbits and Haunted from there. I didn’t pick the other Ennis because there’s also the Ennis Omnibus (but it’s big and expensive).

Scripts or Transcripts of Constantine Tv Series?
Hello! Does anyone know where I can find the screenwriting for the Constantine tv series? I only found of episode 1 and 2. Instead of just subtitles, I need the description of objects in the scenes (i.e. Constantine held the lodestone with two rusty nails on his hand.)
Thanks in advance :)

Not Another Keanu Reeves Constantine Movie
I hate to be that girl, but a lot of us are probably thinking the same thing. Keanu Reeves’s Constantine is more in line with Harry Dresden than he is with Constantine.
John Constantine is a chain smoking British con man with a chip on his shoulder. He carries a lot of weight, some he deserves and some he definitely doesn’t. But it’s all part of his character. New Castle, the punk roots, the blonde hair, the accent, the chain smoking, the looking for an angle. It’s all part of who he is! A rogue with a heart archetype.
You strip all that away and replace it with whatever Reeves was doing and what do you get? Not Constantine. The anti-Constantine. And now they’re making a Constantine sequel with Reeves back in the role.
I didn’t even like the first movie. I found it boring and this was before I even knew who Constantine really was. So am I the only one who’s feeling like this?

Page 4
Anyone oke with me sharing my new page from my graphic novel fanfic?
I made the leap from pencil and paper to iPad. Still figuring out how it all works. I intend to redraw the first 3 pages when I’m more comfortable drawing digitally.

Thoughts on the 2005 Constantine movie Novelization
Does it improve the movie.
Edit: should clarify that I meant the Novelization of the movie, sorry for the confusion

Issues you want to see reprinted?
Is there anything specific you hope makes it into the new Omnibus editions? This short story by Brian Azzarello is from Flinch #2. It's the first appearance of Special Agent Turro but it's not in any of the existing collections.

Lighter part 2
So I made the lighter in Feb of 2025 and part of the process is the removal of the clear coat. As a result you have to polish it semi regularly or let it tarnish.
I thought I would share some pics of it tarnished.

Constantine Art
I’ve been a massive Constantine fan forever and this was only a matter of time. I think this would go so hard as a comicbook cover! Call me DC! 😂

Where on earth is the series ?
I was a big arrowverse guy back in the day and I remember seeing about half of Constantine . It’s not anywhere legally where I am. All the other CW stuff is on prime video. Anybody got eyes on where the series might be in *cough other places ?
