Careers 💵 WT

Just got a job at whiting turner, i start in two weeks and wow i never really thought i would get a job offer from them since they’re a big gc company and i don’t really got much experience as a craftsman

Nothing against you, but some of their safeties and the way they lay out some jobs with cones and bones, or no parking for the contractors. Sucks ass.

Much rather HITT or just the turner company.

How are the benefits and pay for WT?

and if you ever get any say in any project planning, have the guys in mind

the benefits are really good and the pay is decent since im entry level , i heard whiting turner is better than hitt? and the parking is true i was at their job site when i was with another company and they didnt have no parking for the contractors you had to get a parking pass

What’s decent if ya don’t mind im asking for specifics cause of curiosity, also in what ways have you heard WT is better than HITT? Always been other way around for me.

it blows how many GC’s leave the parking to the contractors, half the reason why tardiness and ticketing happens.

i would say above $20! and wt can help you advance in your career and pay for your education if you ever want to go back but i’m not so sure maybe hitt does the same thing
