Cherry 2000 is a weird 80s movie about a guy struggling to find a replacement body for his robot wife. About half an hour in is a surprising stunt where they suspend a mustang on a crane via "magnet" to cross a river. Tell me what you think!

I had a question for the fans and maybe even the crew themselves if they stop by. We have all seen them use crazy tools and programs to get body scans into 3d models but i was wondering if anyone has had luck with a local run or safe online option to scan a set of photos to make a 3d model. I sadly had to say goodbye to my best friend of 16 years a little over a week ago and i've been trying to work out a way to take the photos videos i have to make a nice 3d model of my dog laying down in his bed. I'd like to 3d print it and paint it to place on top of his urn. I know of makerworlds 2s to 3d AI program they offer but wanted to get some feedback on other programs people may have used in the past.

Seriously, it's amazing - seeing the animated figures alongside the full-motion people behind them (28:22) gives such Who Framed Roger Rabbit vibes, yet it's all done in camera.

And the stunning showcase of different scenes at the end, particularly the flamethrower one and the double one with Jan and Wren swapping back and forth, was so cool. I just hope they came up with a better way to secure the pieces before having to set up so many different scenes...

Wayne Lytle, who created it, wrote custom software that allows you to rig up the 3D instruments and plug in notation in the form of a MIDI file. The instruments would then animate themselves according to the notes written in the file. That means every note is 100% accurate and the instruments are not being animated to the music, but rather the music is animating the instruments.

I believe that they're okay to share as well because they're all over youtube without copyright claims taking them down.

Not spam (although I greatly enjoyed the movie and highly recommend); the blending of the live action with the animation in the movie Coyote vs Acme was super well done and thought it might be nice for a future episode. Just wanted to share some experiments I've been doing with a 100mm macro lens and a petri dish with various materials (epoxy alcohol ink, glycerine, dish soap, vegetable oil, whipping cream and isopropyl alcohol) in an effort to create nebula and universe shots. These are just a handful of my favourite shots after a weeks worth of trial and error, so if anyone has any questions or suggestions on how I could improve things, please feel free to let me know.
