Streaming | Technical Issue Auto description?

I've been trying to fix the auto description issue but it keeps auto playing. I've reset my device, logged in and out of crunchyroll and it won't fix. The auto description is off but it keeps playing over. I'm currently trying to watch Toilet Bound Hanako-Kun2 but the auto description keeps ruining the sad scenes. Anyone know how to fix this on a tablet 🥲?

Im having the same problem it randomly turned on and wont turn off.

I tried different languages and anime's and it's only Toilet Bound Hanako-Kun that it happens on unfortunately

Sounds like it may have gotten set for your whole profile(if that's an option). If you go check the profile defaults and it's not there, try changing to another language then come back in an see what it does.
