DISCUSSION ETH Long-Term Holding vs Active Trading: What Strategy Works Best?

I usually split the two instead of trying to make one strategy do everything. Most of my ETH stays untouched for the long term, and I only keep a smaller amount for active trades so one bad setup doesn’t mess with the core position. For the active side, something like Bitget Wallet is handy since swaps and perps are available in the same self-custodial setup, but I’d still keep leverage small and treat that trading balance separately.

Most traders I know underperform eventually, while staking ETH through ether.fi has been pretty hands-off.
