If you're new to digital currency and want to familiarize yourself with it I wouldnt be intimidated as you can choose to just convert your Bitcoin in the app to US dollars and withdraw into your bank acct if you don't want to store it in the app or trade anymore. Basically just a trade between currencies, not a fiat like US Dollar or Stablecoin. So like Bitcoin to Litecoin or dash or another currency. You can choose one that you know is going up in value, to earn some gains while qualifying. Or just go to a coin and then back to a stable coin immediately if you want to preserve what you earned without much risk.

*Edited to add that a qualifying trade is $200+.
