Employee Question Question

So I just started like a few days ago as BOH/FOH is it normal for most franchises of Culver’s to not allow their employees to use the rewards program? Like I’m not allowed to scan my app for points. I’m assuming it’s cause we get 50% off on the days we work and 20% off every other day. Please explain.

It’s up to each Owner/Operator.

We allow our team.

we’re allowed to use the rewards program at my store, we just aren’t allowed to stack our discount and app discounts together

I'm pretty sure CFS highly recommended allowing crew to use the rewards.

At my location you can either use rewards or your employee discount. The discount is generally better

I use both but our employee discount is only 25%

Yeah it doesn’t make sense to me. Seems like we should be allowed to earn points with purchases

Ehh it’s not going that great. They got me fucked up with this break situation!

cause wym I work 7 hours and get no break 😭 that’s crazy.

Apparently they changed the law but I thought it was if you work 6 hours you get a mandatory uninterrupted meal break, and I only get the bare minimum which is 30 minutes after working 8
hours they have me working 7 hour shifts all week! So no break.
and I’m used to getting 2 15min breaks , and hour or 30 minute lunch cause I worked in corporate and call centers for the last 10 years.

I live in Florida. They don’t give a fuh .
