Refunds

I’ve just stupidly booked the wrong date for tours, is there really no chance of refunds ever. This day is out to get me!
Will they ever make exceptions

I think it’s completely at their discretion! My flight from the UK was cancelled so there was absolutely no chance of getting there as we had to get a flight the next day on the day of the tour, I called immediately and they said no but after a few emails I managed to get one but I think it’s purely up to them!

Luckily all is sorted! They were super quick on responding! After sending a long email about how important this was, they changed the dates in no time to the correct date!

Are you able to sell them or are the tickets non transferable
