Hi so this is my first DDLC Mod titled Doki Doki Sweetheart and it focuses on MC and Sayori. It is still in development, but I already finished writing the rough storyboard and here some teaser and a sypnosis (this is a short mod project btw)

Synopsis:

Set two months after the MC reluctantly joins the Literature Club, daily life continues in its usual, predictable routine—complete with Natsuki and Monika debating whether manga is literature, Yuri quietly reading, and the club waiting on their chronically late Vice President.

When Sayori finally bursts through the door, she drops a surprise: she's started taking music classes and learning how to play the guitar. But that’s not all. Remembering an old amusement park from their childhood that recently got a surprise reopening after years of being shut down, Sayori seizes the chance to relive the past and invites the MC out on a Friday night date.

Can a cynical homebody survive a bustling amusement park, or will Sayori's infectious energy sweep him off his feet?

Note: Since this is my first mod don't expect too much from me especially with the background. But the story would be really good. I hope so. (+the logo may evolve since the logo shown is still a prototype)

[Hi Guys, Bubble Here to update the development of the mod Doki Doki Unwritten Fate Demo 0.0.2!

For those who played the first version of the demo must have found only 1 poem and that's Monika's poem called "Blindfolded Window" in the end of the game. But, dont worry, because in the next update all the girls will have their own poem!

All the poems in this game are made by my own hands and with much care for each girl writing style!

Can you guess who wrote each of these 2 poems?

Also, Im planning to make a different beggining in this game where the player returns to doki doki original beggining, but now remembering everything of the last game... what will happen this time?

And, finally, the mod has it's own logo! It was mad by AI, I won't hide it, but I still accept any help and feedback to improve the game!

I played ddlc for the first time a little while ago and loved it but was a little disappointed by how much of a backseat Natsuki got, so this one was recommended to me. I have like no technical skills and tried by following ai instructions in real time, but I have no clue how to launch the mod. I followed instructions to move files and pasted all the terminal commands it told me too but it still wouldn’t launch. Is there anywhere I could find simple instructions?

Hello everyone! This is the last progress update for my mod, Doki Doki Days act 1 (DEMO) Will be releasing September 6th!

I Just wanna apologize for initially saying it would be released August 30th.

I did go through some burnout but Act 1 is so close to being finished!

Just a reminder that in act 1 there won't be any dialogue options or really anything out of the ordinary as the mod does start off pretty wholesome! Think of Act 1 as just a giants introduction to an amazing mod (Still worth playing ;)). Thank you to everyone for the support!

Small part of the script of a DDLC project I'm working on. I feel like I'm notoriously bad at writing dialogue so would like some feedback on this, in my mind, fun interaction between MC and Sayori.

You don't really need any context for the scene, but I'll give it anyway: this is MC's first day in the Literature Club after he joined last week on Friday. MC used to be a big bookworm in his childhood, but fell out of love with it as he aged. Him and Sayori are childhood friends, but they haven't seen each other in years prior to MC joining the club (he joined on his own volition, not because Sayori persuaded him).

The reason is simple. I installed a fresh new SSD into my PC (Apacer AS350 Panther 512 GB since my motherboard doesn't support NVMe's) because the old one (Crucial 240 GB) is almost full, and then shortly after installed DDLC in it with Salvation Remake. When I wanted to save, I got an error which postulates that the saving system couldn't find a save folder

Hey, this is my first time making a mod. I'm following EqualsM3rc's guide. I'm supposed to have added the MPT mod for the code and the girls' names, but I don't know if I installed it wrong or if the version of ren'py (8.5.3) is the problem. I'm following the cheat sheet from the video and even copied his code, but nothing's working.

If someone could guide me through the process of making this mod, it would be a huge help.

Sorry if this is a horrible rookie mistake, i really dont know anything about this.

If I have to start from scratch it's not too much of a problem, the mod only has 6 dialogues.

The parts where you put something like "sayori turned neut cm oe" does appear as a variable i can put, but it doesnt work.

Does anybody know any decent poly mods? idc of what combo, all are welcome

Hey all!

This is something that I didn't want to have to post, but unfortunately the computer that I was currently coding Within: Encore on has started randomly shutting down. I've tried to diagnose the problem, but since I haven't, I'll be looking into getting a replacement.

For some good news, I was able to back up what progress I made the coding on a memory stick so I shouldn't have to go back too far; and I should be able to arrange the new computer early next month.

However, given this setback and the fact there's still some assets I need to commission and music I need to finish, I am unfortunately going to have to once again delay the mod yet again - this time to early 2027 (a concrete release date will be finalised when the mod is finished). This will be the FINAL delay, I guarantee that. I can't apologise enough for this, but I am hopefully that what both u/James-Zanny and I had put together will be worth the wait!

Hey everyone! I was wondering since I'm new to this world, is it possible to download a new copy of ddlc from their website and add a mod to play and then download a new copy to play another mod? so you don't have to rewrite the save file of the first mod and you can play two at the same time?
