DQB1 Question 5 patients?

So im in the second chapter now and have to find patients. The nun girl (my game is in German idk what her name is) tells me to go search till i have 5 patients, if i still need one i should look out with the compass.

Right now i have 3 laying in bed and 1 girl i think walking around already healed. I gave these 3 patients all that they need but i think 1 is still missing. I cant find the last one tho bc there is nothing marked on the compass.

Anny idea whats wrong here and how to fix this?

Btw no i dont have to sleep , already tried that but nothing happened

Kann sein dass du an den punkt bist wo du ein eimer machen must und die Schwartz harrige wasser geben must. Bin mir nicht sicher aber ich glaube das ist der gleiche punkt wo ich auch dass erste mal fest steckte, ist aber schohn jahre her.

I don't know if you are familiar with this American slang, but "take a dump" is a crass way to say defecate. So, it's pretty funny.

Yea, i know that. But i said that OP might be at the point where they need to make a bucket. Not take a dump.

Try talking to everyone else? It might be that there's another quest that needs to be done before you can find them (or progress).

I can't remember exactly what is needed to find them all, but I remember having other quests that I had to do that I started and completed after starting hers but before finishing it.

I will advise: when you have to sleep to progress, and you're woken by screaming, only speak to one person at a time.

Probably missing person at location J on this map. H is fairly obvious but J is covered in dirt in the middle of the swamp on red teleportal island.

If its not either of these two, consult https://osdanovahub.weebly.com/chapter-2.html and go check A, C, and G locations as well. However, I think you must find each of them to obtain the red teleportal to get the fourth and fifth patients so I think you already have these three.
