Question Dart Counter Software Update

I have had an issue where I will take my shot and then it will get stuck on remove your darts step. Even if you manually click darts are removed. It will not move on. You have to come out of the local match. Save the match and then go back into it.

I had the same yesterday on a ranked matched, couldn't do anything at all. I thought the app had froze except the shot timer was still counting down until it kicked me off for not responding in time

Happened twice to me yesterday in ranked play.

We will look into it and see if it's an error on our side. If it comes from within the Omni we will report it to Target!

Problème similaire durant mon troisième match de classement. J'ai été déconnecté alors que je venais de gagner le match mais la fléchette n'a pas été comptabilisée. Et là c'est arrivé à mon adversaire il a été déconnecté pendant notre match car son omni ne répondait plus et le chrono tournait.

No that shouldn't be happening.. 😅 Does this happen more often? It can of course always happen as a one of error, but if this happens a lot then there might be a real issue.

twice its happened now, this one actualy started a game after 6 minutes tho 😅 first time it happened it kicked me and said i quit so had to wait 5 mins with a penalty too start the next one 👀 so yeah obviously will be glitches but i lost a placement match haha

Also still have the bug where both players cameras will turn off and not come back. seemingly nothing you can do but play on without seeing them. Tried reconnecting / refreshing
