Lash joins the ritual with Ivy (her friend who will serve as somewhat of a moral compass). Bebop on the enemy side. Lash's side wins. When the patron asks him for his wish, he has nothing to say (or says something entirely narcissistic). Bebop cries. Ivy looks at Lash. He changes his mind, and wishes to cure Ms. Shelley, but instead of saying he's doing it for the right reason, he just wants to hold it over Bebop.

Could someone lore-dump what the general consensus is for why The Lash is competing for a wish? I can understand a lot of characters like Victor or Grey Talon, but Lash isn't set like that and isn't a crackhead like Vyper who I could imagine wishing for something kinda dumb.
