She portrays a Ferengi waiter in "The Jem'Hadar."

In the teaser, when Quark and Odo are talking on the upper level, you can see her (although I assume she's playing a male Ferengi since, y'know, clothing) and Nog approach on the far side of the walkway, then she walks into Quark's alone, and Nog waits until Odo leaves to approach and speak to Quark. About 3:20 into the episode (I'm watching on a digital copy via Apple TV).
