BUT I am working on replacing all the music files in it as well as all the created character blazin screams to be deathcore screams it's going to be crazy lol

It definitely is on a steam deck, if I had a pc I'd be done already but, I have to keep trying workarounds. Ea used some old ass Viv files which is fairly unique to old titles like this, need for speed ect. But realistically from what I can gather you just have to take a track you like, change the format and rename it exactly as a track you want to replace. Programs like power ISO helps but when I replace screams I gotta chop up a song to be a certain length at the desired point and repeat the former after. It'll be really cool one day to get it the way I imagine.

I never used the Xbox ISO of def jam because of the duke controller scheme tbh lol just a personal preference

Idk which emulator you are using but my advice is to absolutely make sure you have it in the right location and the right bios for it 🤙
