Maybe it's not rocket science, but time calculations can be complicated. Seems like he's saying someone mistook an entry showing UTC time for local Delphi time which would move it five hours outside of, or inside of, the crime time window. Or one hour, if they confused Daylight (+4) and Standard (+5) time. But not saying enough to fully alert the other side.

Sooooo complete conjecture. If Ausbrook is implying 1. That someone mistook a time entry in extracted/presented data, and didn’t read if it’s in GCT/UTC 2. That time entry means the time that was read on the data, is off by 5 hours. 3. That this time data came from a cell phone. As shown by Ausbrooks reference of a different time stamp of data from a phone. 4. He confirms that the gif he used for an explosion is a white van which may reference a white van which is info ‘only the killer could know’

Then 5. What and whose cell phone extraction used as evidence at trial do we think this mistake happened with? I’m trying to remember who alls cell phone data we definitely have. Libby, of course, and BW? I’m 2 glasses of wine deep tonight. Do we have BB, or just her Fitbit data?
