👥 DISCUSSION Third Instagram picture?

Going through the recent live stream by CaseXCase. When talking about the Instagram images that was accessed by Libby's phone, they mention this third image, which I've never heard of.
Looks like a thermal picnic bag with a ribbon and a note reading "Just for you!".

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this one? And has any idea about its origin?

The bag seen in the image seems to be a "picnic at Ascots, Trellis Blue" picnic bag, or very similar:

Does it look like the instagram photo of the picnic basket as seen in the stream appear to have the personalization covered imperfectly?

If you look at the link, at the placement of where the personalization is, and then at the instagram photo, it looks funny. Like it’s been painted navy in a basic paint program.

Was this mentioned in the stream at all? I hadn’t heard or seen the picnic basket image before (I do seem to remember there was mention of photos from Libby’s phone we never saw. I can’t remember if it at trial, or if it was something said post trial by the defense lawyers) I haven’t watched that CasexCase stream yet. Do you know approximately when these photos were mentioned? Sometimes these streams are so long, I have trouble getting through them. Not to say it’s not important work being done, but I just don’t have the bandwidth.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

If I had to take a loose guess, I think the photo was not taken at the high bridge that day, it looks like there are pine trees behind the picnic basket, and a lot of unclear whiteness, which I would guess is snow. Of course, that doesn’t mean someone didn’t claim that it was taken that day. As always I wish we had more info!

Oh definitely the same feeling I have. Looks like totally different kind of image. Almost photoshopped. I was just a bit baffled seeing that one, just in passing, during the stream. Never heard of it before! 

The first image, from the bridge, is clearly not taken the same day. I've studied the lighting and it was taken later in the afternoon than the time it was accessed by Libby. Could have been taken the day before, or a year before! 

The second image is a bit disturbing to me. With the sticks... And combined, all these images are very weird, knowing what was coming... Accessed by Libby just minutes before they were dropped off at Mears. I sure would like to find out exactly HOW they were accessed, within the app..

For those that want to see the mention of this photo, it’s from casexcase Delphi Marathon Day 2 around 1 hour and 13 minutes in, she starts talking about what was happening in the car on the way to the high bridge, and the picnic basket is first shown.

I remember months ago seeing this and asking 100 times after about it and hearing nothing. So I figured it was nothing and probably from a bad source so no longer important or something found that was best not to mention. So this is in day 2? I have to look.

1hr 13 minutes in I wasn’t looking just listening mostly that day. I just looked now and yes, I couldn’t find that photo of the blue bag in any of the documents but I asked a lot. I am curious too. I actually thought it was a big box with a bow but my eyesight is obviously not good sometimes. An instagram photo that was looked at or liked maybe? idk It is frustrating

Yes, could be something she looked at. The time stamp of the first two are identical for when she accessed them. The third one less than a minute later. 

But no other images was accessed (I guess). So she looked at these two very special images for the circumstances and then some random picnic bag... And nothing else.

It's all a mystery since we can't find out what this 'accessed' actually means. Very frustrating.

When I first saw that box bag thing it looked like it was big and of course back then I was thinking that was the bait for the abduction! I was very angry that I couldn’t find it. No one mentioned it until this post, so I guess I just missed it in the volumes somewhere. Until I saw this last night I honestly assumed it was a bad tip🤣a hopeful forgettable.
