It's a very first-world problem, I have so many things connected to the computer it's like a junction box back there. I've tried things like wire ties and tape though I need to be able to remove the coverings if I clean the desk as everything needs to come off. Having so much er chaos makes it harder to clean around my desk short of taking everything off (quite a process). I'll save you having to see the clutter.

This is a standing desk. I bought j channel and a cable sleeve but not sure if I should use those or something else

I know this isnt exactly a desk, but I figure its pretty much close enough that I could get some help from here. I just got a hutch for my toolbox and I cant figure out how I should manage the cable for the overhead light. The whole top pivots forward to close the hutch and the light goes across the hutch and currently I have the cable for the light just dangling in a bunch. The cable has to move everytime I open and close it, so I was wondering if theres someway to make this look better like a retractable spool or something if you guys have any ideas. Thanks

I want to get a cover for my tv cords after mounting it, but so many reviews on Amazon for a lot of these cord covers say that they completely wreck your wall when the time comes to take them off.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated (I'm renting a home) - thanks!

On the left rack I have a power conditioner which powers my studio speakers, displays (1 43” tv and a 24” and 27” inch monitor), my pc and external hdd.

I need to clean this once and for all. I’ve tried a cable snake but it was no good. Any tips?

I am exploring cable management for my setup and I had a few doubts. How do you guys handle chargers that you might need to carry when you travel? For eg, I have a XBOX power cord that I carry sometimes along with the XBOX when I travel.
I have 2 laptops and 2 chargers, a phone charger. All of these are not permanent but make a major portion of my cables. I want to hide them but in a way that they are easily removable when I want to travel. How do you handle it.

And I don't have a standing desk, I was thinking of putting my desk touching the wall. But, I don't have a cable hole as well. How will I bring the cables up in that case. I think it might look very ugly if I do it from the side.

Recently, my desk has been looking much cleaner than before because I bought a compact power strip for all my devices being used. But, I didn't notice that the cables under my table is a completely mess, yeahhh!

So, I just want to ask if what tips or tricks did you do for organizing cables? I would love to know about your ideas...

how can i store these instead of having them on the floor/desk or in a box where i have to spend half an hour looking for the right one.

ice thought about binding each one down with a pice of wire/cors, but thats a lot of work, especially if i only need it for a short thing and wil put it back in a short time.

Got tired of headphone stands eating desk space, so I designed a 2-piece screw-mount hanger that goes underneath any shelf/desk edge.

Got two monitors, a webcam, and a speaker bar on top of my desk while my PC stays under it.

I've set my robovacuum to never go under here so it doesn't tangle the wires. I was thinking of taking this chance to clean up the cables and have none of them touch the ground so that the my robovacuum can actually clean under my desk.

Any ideas?
