near-constant battleye query timeout plum errors

I have no clue what causes this. i'm on steam, use controller, steam controller input is disabled, the only non-standard thing I have is a program that disables the steam overlay files on launch of d2 to fix the framerate tank they cause. I have OBS installed, and periodically use it to record but it never gave me an issue.

does Battleye hate disabling steam overlay?

Saw this earlier today in the post below yours:

"do they have the Xbox extended support driver installed? If so try removing it and rebooting"

See if that works for you.
