Mental exhaustion was heavy again. My brain had been on nonstop overdrive replaying conversations scanning for danger, preparing for the day someone pulls away. Living with audhd, cptsd and hypersensitivity means even quiet days feel like mental marathons. I rested without calling myself lazy. That is progress.
