Got fired wiithout cause
I did my schooling for diesel tech and landed as a diesel tech apprentice after school. Now my last week in probation my company fired me without any cause and specifically mentioned that without cause in my letter . And now i am so low and tried applying new jobs and not sure should i mention in my resume about those 2.5 months experience or no .
Share your thoughts what i should do and is it good to disclose in my resume or no .
Thats my first time a company fired me and i wasnt prepared at all

On to the next one my friend your young in the industry. If you so choose to inquire about what the reason was for letting you go, that can help you build. Boxes have wheels for a reason.

At my company that's called being 499'd(because our probation ends at 500 hours), usually means you were good enough to have around but not good enough to keep you past probation, youre new to this so just keep working and you will get there, a good attitude gets you a long way ATLEAST in my shop.

Get into heavy equipment/rental. They are always looking for for mechanics. Been in it 15 plus and always had a job.

As the old sayings go āI was looking for a job when I found this one and toolboxes have wheels for a reasonā. Luckily for you, Heavy Equipment Techs are in high demand, at least where Iām located. Youāll find a job.

The only time I ever got fired without cause I got a pretty big raise. Take it as a win and look for new opportunities. Definitely put the experience on the resume. Don't put fired without cause just put the experience. If they ask in interview say it was without cause.

It's painful. When you talk to other people you will find out everyone has a story like it. And they live, they move on. You will often with the hindsight wisdom of "glad it happened, I ended up with a better job". Part of it is the job itself and part of it is your newfound appreciation for it.
If you haven't already - I would say take a breather. Go outside to a park/forest, somewhere beautiful, go for a long walk. Get some rest. I've had a few crashouts myself and after a good night's sleep I find myself puzzled why I was even so worried about it.
If you have nothing tying you down to where you're at you could consider moving, a move can be quite refreshing. But for most people moving is a ton of work so if that's the case for you I would keep that as plan B or C.

Youāll be fine bro thankfully weāre in the trades you can pick up a job very quickly and if you arenāt in a major city you can practically walk in and get hired on the spot in tx
