Question Why aren’t the ads in the beginning?
I am a chronic binge watcher and I skip through shows and skip all the filler things. Disney plus is the worst platform for my watching habits as it means I’m getting an ad sometimes after watching for 1 or 2 minutes.
Anyways I never watch the ads and I always pull out TikTok or go to the restroom. If anything when I see brands on the ads I plan to boycott them as they frustrate my viewing experience, petty I know. But I always wonder why they don’t just put all the ads at the beginning before starting the episode? It’s not like people would watch them anyways.
Typically if I’m continuing to the next one I am invested from the cliff hanger and will suffer through the ads. Is it because the ads will likely be 5-10 minutes and their current format allows for jamming more ads in?
Anyways I’m planning on canceling my subscription. It’s just gotten to a point where thinking of watching on Disney plus gives me a sense of dread .
