Interview Q - Unanswered Spring 2027 Interview Tips

Hi! I have my interview in four hours and was wondering if there's anything I should keep in mind? I know the basics like writing the name down, having my top three roles and why, and asking questions at the end. Is there anything else that's super important? I've been seeing people say that the Spring 2027 interviews are different from everything prior

Be ready to answer questions related to your top 3 roles! Say one of your top 3 is merchandise and they ask what you would do if a customer asked something. Try to have STAR examples ready. Situation—>Task—>Action—>Result
You’ll do great!

And make sure you have questions of your own ready for the recruiter when the recruiter is done giving their questions! Maybe questions that are personal to the recruiter, like what their favorite part is about Disney and working for the company.

I had my interview this morning! They asked me top roles, what my favorite part of the Disney parks is, why I’m qualified for my top roles, how do I work with roommates, am I comfortable working in other roles, have I been to the Disney parks before, situation questions (if a guest was upset about this what would you do), how would I prepare myself to work in all kinds of weather, etc.
good luck! the interviewer mentioned to me that he was glad I was in an appropriate location for my interview, apparently some people have done interviews walking, driving, etc….. so just make sure you’re at a quiet place with a clean background !

I have been recommending using a Teams background to everyone lol. It keeps your background clean and professional no matter where you are. Be ready and on the call with your camera on early — they officially recommend 15 minutes early, but anywhere in the ballpark of early I think is good. And if you’re on the call, please be at your computer lol. I know that sounds dumb but I saw a post the other day of someone who signed on then walked away, so they weren’t actually there when the recruiter joined 😭

Smile and look at the camera, all that fun Teams interview stuff. Be dressed professionally as well. Writing the name down becomes less important on Teams because you can see the recruiter’s name (you should already have it, they’re in the scheduling confirmation email) but knowing the name is still good! Also be prepared to answer to why you want to do the Disney College Program, they often ask

The only major difference is the format (Teams vs phone), other that that it's pretty much the same. They'll definitely ask why you're interested in the program so I'd have a good answer prepared for that. Best of luck.
