Out of Game Need help finding right subreddit
Don't know it this is the right place, but I thought I'd try my luck. So I usually host my DND parties and cook tavern lunches for everyone. However I don't DM for those groups. Now I'll dm my first campaign and will probably need the time for prepping the session, so I need to think of Alternatives. Does anyoune know about a dnd-themed cooking subreddit? Or maybe a place where I can find good and easy medieval pot luck ideas? Pinterest was sadly a massive let down on that part.

I have the ones for Game of Thrones and Skyrim, but most of those recipes are very time consuming. So I was kind of looking for some low effort ideas that still have an RPG vibe. (I love pizza or doughnuts as much as the next girl, but to me, they're just not a very DnD vibe). I was thinking of checking out the official DnD Cookbooks, but was still unsure if they're worth it. My local book store doesn't have them (not native English-speaking country) and I feel bad about ordering from the Bezos-Store.

If you are DM'ing, it's totally fine to ask your group to handle the food. Maybe suggest that a different player be in charge of coming up with the plan each session, and everyone brings something.
Also, there are a ton of fantasy/medieval themed cookbooks. I personally have one based on the Witcher, a couple of Middle Earth, one based on Game of Thrones, and a couple Harry Potter ones, and a couple that are very specifically DnD Themed.
