Hershey Reset Fun
Earlier this year, our DM told us the Hershey 4-way was going away. So we moved all the products to an endcap and got rid of the fixture, happy to not have it taking up space anymore.
Well, the reset materials and boxes of stuff for the 4-way reset tell us that our DM's info wasn't correct.
I'm curious if it was just our DM making a mistake or if other areas were told the same thing and are now sitting on materials for a reset on a fixture they don't have anymore. It's DG, anything is possible.

It’s still planagrammed. A couple items disco but we never were told that info.

We were told the same by our RD, and now were waiting for further information on what to do

majority of stores cannot fit it in a way that makes sense to display all the product so it becomes a place for candy to expire. our DM told stores they can get rid of it if they can spare an endcap to use the space for something smarter, but there was nothing official ever given out. very upset it's getting an update though, was really hoping hershey and corporate would get the message through the sellthrough and damage numbers and let us toss this thing.

we weren't told this but it was super frustrating having an empty rack that hadn't been updated in almost 2 years in the front of the store. glad it's been updated now and will finally have product on it again

It's being removed as stores are reset we got reset in June and got to toss it we have a 4 foot short section in front of the store with that stuff so much better

Other areas were told the same. My best guess is they misinterpreted the information. Our DM was told by their Rd to have their teams dispose of it. I kept mine, because I knew if nothing else I could repurpose it for something. In fact, I used it for back to school (Crayola, non-core pens/pencils). If it does eventually "go away", I'm still keeping it. I also kept my former breakfast endcap, and I use It for various displays. Right now, I'm using it for clearance.
