Discussion Downvoted for asking a question, not understanding how YouTube algorithm works. Deserved, or undeserved? This is like the second post I've seen that had a user DTO'd for something Dolly Parton Related.

I think the crying emojis gave away the trigger for the DTO. I mean, I'm kind of in the middle with it being deserved and not deserved at the same time.
