Need help

For some reason, i can't take pics or open moments ingame. Now i can't even go in vr. I already tried to uninstall and reinstall everything but it's still not working. Can anyone tell me how to get this screenshot sharing client? 🙏

Hmmm, honestly it’s hard to say. I’m not sure about the vr part. I’ve never seen anyone ever play this game using vr. I’ll ask a friend and see if it’s possible. As for the moments. Raja will randomly sometimes have a bug that won’t let you open moments on mobile. Ik it’s often time for pc but I’ve had that happen to me on mobile too. I would say wait till next update and see if it fixes and if it doesn’t, then contact support but they kinda suck. I would also check and make sure all your resources are downloaded in game.

Ahh not vr like br box, I mean virtual realm, it doesn't let me go in virtual realm for some events

Ohhhhh vast realm, that makes more sense 😭 yeah that’s definitely a bug in game. Are you on a newer server?

Oof, yeah. I’m sorry I wish I could help more. If it is your device then you may just be stuck. Best advice I could give is to test it yourself so that you can see for sure. Not that you shouldn’t trust the others that tested it as well. But just so that you’re able to confirm with your own eyes.

No one else, just me. Other people who opened my acc said it's working fine in their device so maybe it's an issue with my phone

Oh possibly! Like I said the moments thing is usually something that happens on pc. So you can’t open moments on pc but you can if you use your account on mobile. Is there anyway you can test it yourself?
