Looking for social, fun active guild on PC NA

I’m a dark elf necromancer CP 133 coming back on a brand new account. I’m not asking for a handout don’t worry just advice. I’m on east coast time

I’m trying to find a social guild with a heavy tales of tribute scene and a really active discord. Since I’m new, I’m currently struggling for gold so I don’t think I can be very helpful in trade guilds or guilds with dues. Anyone have any recommendations or suggestions?
