Prayer Request/Praise Report Doubts

Please pray for me. I have been going through many trials recently and this has manifested in doubts about the faith. I'm someone who probably has old and have intrusive thoughts about theological matters such as evolution fitting into church teaching, or why the world isn't a simulation, and get hung up on them not being able to reason myself out of these issues. Please just pray for my mental health and peace of mind.

I don't know you so take this for what it's worth, but I find reading the Psalms the best remedy for such things. But if the rosary or prayer rope is more your preference, now's the time to take it up.

I’m a biologist.

Evolution is unquestionably the manner in which God creates what we categorize as species of organisms. It is completely in line with Catholic theology and rightfully so. Young Earth Creationists, whether Catholic or Protestant, are wrong in their skepticism about evolution.

I recommend not listening to any of the seculars misrepresenting Catholicism nor any young earth creationists on this matter.
