Am I making sense when I say that PPG and Totally Spies were for Black girls what Naruto and Dragon Ball Z was for Black boys?
Also please draw the Sand Siblings from Naruto, especially Temari as Black, OP. They’re so Black coded oh my god

I get what you're saying but I want it to be noted that boys watched PPG and Totally Spies just as the girls did, if not more 😂
And I actually have drawn a few black Naruto characters back in the day so I might get to that eventually

I don’t doubt it! As a little black girl, I was fan of all four of the tv shows mentioned. You as an artist got on my radar because you hit me in the nostalgia with the Ed, Edd, & Eddy piece from yesterday.
I hope I didn’t come across as trying to vindicate the idea that “PPG is only for girls and so-and-so is only for boys…” I just always see so many posts from Black men about how Piccolo shaped them and so I just started commenting-out-loud on my end.

The girls look fantastic! And I love your take on their designs if they were black! Also, I never thought that someone could make Bliss's design so peak!
This inspires me as an artist to pursue designing other childhood cartoons as black!
