I recently put Zack Cane: The Earthborn Knight into Kindle Unlimited and lowered the ebook to $3.99, so I’m hoping to get it in front of more sci-fi/fantasy readers.
The story follows 17-year-old Zack Cane, who thinks he’s completely ordinary until he starts seeing attacks before they happen and discovers he can move metal without touching it.
That one moment starts unraveling everything he thought he knew about his parents, his past, and a hidden order connected to the stars.
It’s a mix of science fiction, fantasy, hidden powers, mystery, action, alien worlds, friendship, and a slow-building romance.
If that sounds like your kind of read, I’d really appreciate you giving it a try.

Hey everyone,
I’m trying to get The Earthborn Knight, Book 1 of my Ark Knight Saga, into the hands of more readers, so I lowered the ebook price to $3.99. It’s also available through Kindle Unlimited.
The story follows 17-year-old Zack Cane, who has spent his whole life thinking he’s an ordinary kid—until he suddenly starts seeing attacks before they happen and discovers he can move objects without touching them.
That one moment starts unraveling everything he thought he knew about his parents, his past, and why someone went to incredible lengths to hide him.
It’s a mix of science fiction, fantasy, mystery, action, hidden powers, ancient orders, alien worlds, friendship, and a slow-building romance. This is the beginning of a larger 8-book story, so there’s a lot more planned for Zack and the Ark Knight universe.
If that sounds like your kind of read, I’d really appreciate you giving it a shot. And if you do read it, I’d genuinely love to hear what you think—even constructive criticism helps me as I keep building the series.

Hey everyone,
I’m Roy Howard, the author of Dressed for Death. I wanted to share it here because it’s Deal to read with Kindle Unlimited from August 14 through August 16.
The story follows Samuel Drake, a veteran Dallas homicide detective who is called to investigate a woman found poisoned in a hotel room and staged in an evening gown. The red stitching hidden in the dress connects the murder to a whistleblower who died five years earlier—and to the one case Drake has never been able to put behind him.
It’s a slow-burning investigative thriller involving hidden evidence, coded messages, institutional corruption, and a detective forced to confront the decisions he made during the original case.
I spent a lot of time building the evidence trail and making Drake feel like a capable but flawed investigator rather than an invincible hero. If that sounds like your kind of crime story, I’d really appreciate you giving it a chance. I’d also be glad to hear what you think, good or bad.

Hey everyone,
I wanted to share my book The Last Safe Place for anyone looking for something new to read this weekend.
It’s a romantic suspense set around an old Louisiana lake house. Eden Cross comes home after being away for years and immediately realizes somebody has been inside the house before her.
Then she finds a missing journal, strange messages meant specifically for her, and secrets tied to her mother’s past that were probably buried for a reason.
The one person who might be able to help is Sheriff Rhett Vale — but Eden has history with him, and she’s not sure how much of the truth he’s actually telling her.
There’s mystery, danger, family secrets, some pretty dark twists, and a slow-burn relationship running through it all.
The Last Safe Place is included with Kindle Unlimited through August 10, so if you already have KU, it’s a pretty hard deal to beat.
If you decide to give it a shot, I’d genuinely love to hear what you think.

¡Gracias!

¿Quieres que añada o quite algo más?

HE FELT A GHOST SO HE STOLE IT: Prose Poems by Rhys Hughes
Imagine Borges and Kafka in the pub with a panda, a cloud-bride, and a ghost-thief, and someone wrote it all down in lyrical passages that are at once wry, strange, and quietly unsettling.
Rhys Hughes is a Welsh writer championed for fiction that is both intellectual and hilarious. This is his first collection devoted entirely to prose poetry: perfect for fans of flash fiction, experimental literature, or playful thought experiments.
Michael Moorcock called his work "almost the sum of our planet's literature" and Samuel Delany praised his style as "among the most beautiful I've encountered."
Free for five days only. Grab it here:

If you are looking for a quick, gripping weekend read, this contemporary short story collection is highly recommended. The overarching theme is incredibly unique, it explores how a single, mundane knock on the door from a court enforcement officer can completely shatter a seemingly normal, organized life and drag dark, deeply buried family secrets into the light. The writing style is what makes this stand out: it's minimalist, fast-paced, and written in a distinctive cinematic rhythm (one sentence per line) that keeps you turning pages. It balances raw modern drama with a touch of sharp, dark satirical wit. It covers everything from ridiculous hidden everyday mistakes to massive, life altering financial betrayals. Definitely a great addition to your digital library. Grab your free copy on Amazon here
