Question help!

ignore how crumpled the shirt is (i started this last year and never finished) what is the best way to fill in the black on the body without losing definition on the bones? i’ve been procrastinating for ages lol

I hate to say it, but i would pick out the bones and redo them in white, and then fill in the black around them. That way you don't lose the outline/shape in the fill.
