Another 5–6 hours of work later and I think I can finally call the gold NMM part finished!

I’m pretty happy with how it’s turning out so far, especially considering this is my first proper attempt at NMM. Definitely a lot to learn, but I’m enjoying the process.

Next up: the cloak. 😅

As usual, I’m following a tutorial by Miniatures Den on Instagram, which has been incredibly helpful throughout the process.

Recently converted my soul grinder into a EC defiler because I had a guitarist foot DP print lying around that I wasn't using.. Got the idea to make a band theme of the two, only need to add the Trusses, a mic and a lot of paint for the perfect singer. Still working on them both

Kicking myself in a few areas that I know I could have done better, but on the whole I’m happy with them.

Now the Noise Marines can ride around in style.

I am working on my defiler and going with an 80s theme. Due to the point increase I need to remove 1 auto cannon and magnetise the weapon. I figure out how to do it but feel like I would mess it up. Also any advice other than finishing the model would be appreciated it.

Brand spanking new Emperor's Children player here. I love the army rules and lore, very cool stuff, but I'll be so honest I really hate the face options for this army (to be fair I literally never use faces for any model).

Does the flawless blades box with 3 models come with a helmet for every model? Does the box with fulgrim, the blades, and noise marines come with 6 helmets?

Any mutation ideas for my next infractor?

Basically, I want to start a chaos army since I have a space wolves and ork armies already. I decided on emperors children as it has 3 solid boxes to start. My buddy who got me into warhammer is telling me I should go with world eaters. This is more of a display/goof off army for me. I also only really want to make chaos marines and large demon characters which the other chaos factions lack. So im asking if I should follow what I want or should I hear him out.

Hello fellow sons of Chemos, a close friend and I are entering in a 3000pts duos contest 1500pts each 3dp each
He will be playing thousand sons and I will be running EC, we will be running take and hold disposition.
I would just appreciate some advice on list building. At the moment he plans on running:

- Exalted Sorcerer w/ 10 Rubric marines with flamers. With Arcane Thralls enhancement.
-Sorcerer in Terminator armour w/ 10 SOT. With Risen Rubricae enhancement to infiltrate centre objective.
-2x MVB
-3 Tzaangor enlightened w/ great-bow

Now I need help building a list that compliments his what I have come up with is.

I’m not locked in on my current detachments or anything just any advice would be appreciated since I am quite new to EC coming from a Templar and Nightlords CSM origin.

I love terminators. I think they're really cool. But I'm hesitant to get a box of chaos termies due to either a dedicated emperors children set of upgrades (like shoulder pads and maybe some spears or sonic weapons) for the current kit, or just a new phoenix guard kit. So either sell me for or against them because I can't decide.
