Hi! We’re currently looking for a private/closed venue around Metro Manila for a small fan club event sometime on a weekend in November 2026.

Details:

• 👥 Minimum of 20 people, final headcount still TBC
• 📅 Weekend in November 2026 — exact date still TBC
• 🏠 Venue space only; we don’t need a dining/restaurant package
• 🔇 Preferably a closed/private room or enclosed venue, since we may use a microphone, sound system, and projector
• 🍱 Preferably a venue that allows outside food/catering
• 🎀 We may have decorations, games/activities, a photo area, and a small event setup
• 💰 Ideally something reasonably priced / budget-friendly

We’re open to function rooms, private event spaces, studios, cafés with private rooms, community spaces, or similar venues.

If you know a place that might work, please drop your recommendations! It would be really helpful if you could also share the approximate rental rate, location, capacity, and any restrictions, especially regarding outside food, sound systems, projectors, decorations, and event activities.
