Flex shifts

Anyone work at these locations and know what the flex shift options are? Any additional flex information is much appreciated! I’m preferably looking for 2-4 hour shift options.

Im not flex at either site but im flex at a different site but you would pick Flex Time (19 ) if u looking for only 4 hour shifts they drop 4 hour shifts 5 hours 10 , 12,however you get 2 points if u drop the shift u picked up too late , at 8 points they can fire u points drop off in 60 days , u have to work a minimum of 4 hours a week with flex , 19 isn’t the cap u can work more than that

Idk anything about that site but most sites drop their shifts at the same time everytime with every warehouse having a different shift drop time the first time and day u see the shifts drop check what time it happened at and put it in ur notes and set an alarm for next time

Depends part time flex is 4 hr minimum to 20 hr max in a week. The site will drop all the next week's shifts at one time,meaning you have to compete with the other people on flex for the shifts you actually wanna work. This is a absolute dream when the site has low amounts of flex people and your going to be working atleast some nights shifts.

No overnight bonus pay at my site but you did earn time and a half the last two hours when you worked two 5 hour shifts back to back.

Be prepared to fight to get yourself trained to any additional functions if the site is not strictly fully flex for lower level positions you can and will be missed by management

If its a foot in the door type of job for you, keep up with transfers at your site... it sometimes is faster to transfer yourself to a full time / blue badge position vs waiting for HR to offer a full time position to you.

Also you do not have the traditional windows that a normal shift has, if you clock in 5 min early, you clock out 5 min early or you get a missed meal premium and a nice chat with HR.
