Papaya Scout from Goldflower 👌

This strain is sitting at 21.7% thc and 2.55 terps. I personally love when my bud is bright green with orange hairs. Very sticky upon breaking it up. Passed the eye test, as well as the smell. Fresh fruit with a hint of sour. Pungent!!! Then the terps shined through with the flavor to back up the smell. Effects were nice and chill. Def had some munchies… but I think this has been the best tasting flower I’ve gotten in the program. For $18 an eighth it was a steak of a deal imo.

Tincture from FL dispensaries

Im looking to make a tincture from some product available from any Florida dispensary. Im think a straight alcohol like 151 and some kind of concentrate. Do you have experience doing something similar. Im looking for an easy discrete strong dose.

Hey voters, this November let's vote politicians who will pass rec

THIS IS NOT A POLITICAL DEBATE!!!!

The purpose is exclusively to out those politicians opposed and keep note of those in support. THAT IS ALL!! It is only a running list. Keep it civil please.

I'll start -

Facts are facts, and all politics aside, with Ashley Moody running for Senate we should keep in mind she has actively battled tooth and nail against literally every single rec bill Florida has seen. It's also worth noting every one of her arguments has ultimately ended in failure.

Has anyone else noticed huge differences between batches of the same strain?

Example, you purchase a specific strain of flower, and then a week later, purchase the "same" strain of flower from the same dispensary, and it looks and feels like a completely different strain?

GoldFlower question

I just realized they opened a GoldFlower in Orange Park. How would you guys rate the Flower and Rosin from them? I’ve been stuck in a Flowery rut for a while because I know the strains my body likes. Looking for something new. Not a full blown sativa guy. Thank you for any help.

Firearm form update?

Anyone know where things stand with updating the federal firearm purchase form to reflect that med cards do not preclude one from lawful firearm purchases, per the recent Supreme Court rulings?

Sunburn

Does anyone know why Sunburn stopped making strains like Trop Cherry, Super Boof, and Sour Gak?? I haven't seen them in forever I really enjoy those strains. It seems like my body reacts good to strains that have Tropicana Cookies in it they really help my stomach issues due to Crohn's disease, my favorite one with that strain was by far Block Berry but they only had it the one time 😒.

The absolute collapse of the Trulieve Call Center: How corporate gutted us to look pretty for Wall Street while a small crew drowns.

On May 1st, Trulieve "officially" laid off 58 frontline agents from the Clearwater call center, handed them a month of severance, and shoved them out the door. Executive leadership thought cutting those headsets would permanently cut off the information flow. They were wrong. The people on the outside still have deep visibility into that floor, and what corporate is doing to the tiny skeleton crew left behind is an absolute crime.

When the layoffs hit, they left a total of 12 people—6 Team Leads and 6 Seniors—to handle all of Florida’s inbound phone calls, live chats, and emails. Through fear of job stability and no knowledge of what the future holds, that crew has already shrunk even further. At any given second, there are literally only 3 to 4 exhausted human beings actively on the lines covering the entire state, with absolutely no end in sight. A tiny handful of workers are being forced to do the job of 70 people.

The entire disaster was engineered by corporate executives based purely on a spreadsheet, without a single ounce of real-world input. Back on April 1st, corporate told the staff the 844 toll-free line was being turned off on May 1st because "customers want to talk directly to the stores." Then, on April 8th, they pulled a classic room-clearing move: they abruptly sent everyone home, letting them sit out the remaining three weeks on normal schedule pay just to get them away from the building. There were no vacation or benefit payouts at the end of it—just a clean cut. If you've heard anything about that lawsuit Trulieve faced in Monticello, Google it—if you don't know, you're about to find out why. They got hit with a massive class-action lawsuit for pulling unannounced mass firings back then in North Florida without warning, so this time around they made sure they hid behind the paperwork. They quietly filed a state WARN notice back in March to technically cover their legal tracks for the Clearwater building, but they purposefully kept the actual call center staff entirely in the dark until April, dragging out a fake "shutting down the line" narrative and paying people to stay home just to prevent any organized pushback before the axe fell. Then May 1st came, and the number never shut off. As of this writing, that 844 number still absolutely exists and there is zero plan to get rid of it because of legal and regulatory compliance rules. It is literally printed on the bottom of every single receipt and order confirmation you make. Was the whole timeline a calculated fabrication?

The first 4 to 5 weeks following that announcement were an absolute nightmare. Corporate was already choking out resources, leading to insane spikes. On 4/20, the system saw a massive backlog of patients waiting live in the queue and more demanding callbacks. There were literally only a couple agents total on the floor working to clear that entire wave.

They didn't ask anyone on the floor how this would work. They didn't even ask the Operations Manager. He was kept entirely in the dark just like the rest of the staff. Executive leadership just stared at numbers on a screen and made a blind decision. They didn’t look at how it would actually function, who it would hurt as far as vulnerable patients, or which agents were actually skilled enough to handle the workload. Nothing. They just completely cut the call center off from the rest of the company.

The grand plan was for retail stores to handle their own customer traffic. But let's look at the reality on the ground: the stores just aren't doing it. Any customer who walks into a dispensary knows that the local store is already incredibly busy to begin with. Expecting those same retail employees to suddenly juggle a packed lobby *and* answer the local phones all day was never going to work. So whether store staff are letting the localized phones ring off the hook in silent protest, or because they are honestly too buried under foot traffic to physically pick up a receiver, the result is exactly the same. Instead of handling it locally, overwhelmed or annoyed store employees are telling patients right at the counter or on a call to just call the 844 number and that they'll help them. If 100 stores do this, what do you think happens to that small crew?

Trulieve didn’t just centralize customer laziness; they enabled it, codified it, and then abandoned a tiny room of people to hold the bag. No other cannabis company in the state offers a hotline service like this, and Trulieve never should have started it. The company inadvertently turned some people into a customer base that treats the call center like a personal concierge service. I can only imagine the situation on the phones right now, because when I was on the lines, people would call in demanding agents read them information that was sitting right in front of their faces on their smartphones. They act like reading a basic state recommendation limit is like translating ancient Latin. Nine times out of ten, the exact answer they are looking for is literally inches away on the exact same app screen. Of course, there were plenty of incredibly nice people calling in too—that goes without saying, and helping those patients is exactly why we do that job in the first place—but the system has completely conditioned a segment of the base to just make a human do all the work for them.

The absolute worst part of this entire corporate calculation is who gets hurt the most. They didn’t give a single thought to the elderly, the special needs patients, or the non-tech-savvy people of the world who genuinely cannot use a smartphone app. For thousands of Florida medical patients, a phone call isn't an exercise in laziness—it is an absolute accessibility requirement. They need a human voice to help them navigate their medicine, their state registry limits, and their orders. When the layoffs happened, full tears were shed on that floor for well-known, regular patients like Billy and John—vulnerable people who call regularly because they genuinely need the help to get their medication, and who now no longer have that lifeline. They were nothing but an afterthought to Trulieve corporate.

So why did they do it? Did they really "lose" so much money that they had to gut the frontline? Hell no. This was a calculated execution to trim retail overhead and make the corporate ledger look pristine for Wall Street. Look at their official full-year financial disclosures released at the end of February: they posted $1.2 billion in revenue but a massive net loss heavily driven by the weight of IRS Rule 280E tax handcuffs. Wiping out the call center was their immediate answer to show investors aggressive cost-cutting.

And it paid off for them perfectly. Thanks to the federal government moving medical marijuana to Schedule III, that 280E tax barrier vanished, saving them tens of millions of dollars. Armed with that new structure, Trulieve completed a massive corporate shuffle and just made history on June 10, 2026, by becoming the first-ever U.S. plant-touching cannabis company to list directly on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker TRLV. They are about to make billions of dollars from institutional Wall Street money. Wiping out the call center and giving 58 people a single month of severance was couch change to them.

Because of this toxic, unmitigated dumpster fire, the remaining skeleton crew is being systematically broken down. Corporate completely upended the natural workflow, taking the best and brightest veterans left on that floor and using them entirely incorrectly. They are treating these seasoned experts like entry-level line workers while forcing them to hit metrics on the phones. To make matters worse, these remaining agents are constantly having to pull off their headsets to train Team Leads and newly promoted staff who were thrown into the fire with zero preparation. Let's be clear: Team Leads are supposed to lead teams, not answer agent calls. How my old boss Raquelle still has a job with them is a complete mystery—she was never there, and she didn't do anything when she actually was. I bet she's on vacation right now!. Her game is befriend everyone outside her circle and tattle on everyone inside it. This way people know her name since she doesn't do anything else for her name to get out there.

To put the ultimate corporate punchline on this entire disaster: not only is the 844 number still ringing, but they are now slowly bringing back more agents to carry some of the load. Their brilliant spreadsheet math failed instantly in the real world, proving they never had a real strategy to begin with. It was just a rushed, panicked move to clear the books for a Wall Street debut, and now they are trying to quietly patch the holes in the boat without admitting they completely messed up. Corporate is running a clear war of attrition: making the environment so toxic, disorganized, and miserable that the last few veterans quit on their own so the company doesn’t have to pay out unemployment.

When you step back and look at the whole timeline, it’s a masterclass in corporate gaslighting. Management has spent the last two months stripping away the team’s structure, altering roles on the fly, and subtly shifting expectations until the original job description is completely unrecognizable. The messed up part is how corporate leverages basic survival; when people are just trying to keep a steady paycheck to support their families, a company can weaponize that vulnerability to keep everyone compliant, silent, and just glad to have a job.

Many of the 58 people let go landed on their feet, but not everyone did. If you are a Florida patient calling the Trulieve 844 line, the wait times might not even seem insane yet because a tiny handful of people are busting their asses to clear the queue. But you need to know that the remaining staff is completely drowning. At any given second, the entire state is relying on a skeleton crew of just 3 or 4 exhausted human beings to answer the lines. Corporate executives pulled a cheap stunt, lined their pockets for the NYSE debut, and left a handful of veterans to drown with zero plan or care to fix it!

Fuck Trulieve... Cozied up to Trump and now the opposite of the Midas touch is already happening. Everything is turning to shit. Glad I'm out of there now

Switching doctors cancels current orders?

Hey all,

I did my recertification a week or two ago as my current orders expire today 7/30/26. I was able to get concentrate under oral yesterday but have to wait until today for inhalation. I look online and it says all my current orders were cancelled. Called my doctor office and the MMU registry people and apparently if you get a new doctor and new script, it cancels out the old on your account. The only way to fix it was my doctor had to cancel my new orders and then resubmit, with today's date as the start date. I just don't understand why I was able to get it yesterday but not today.

I tried to ask if there was any way to prevent this in the future but this was the only solution I was given was for the doctor to resubmit orders.

And the reason MMU gave me was "Even if the doctor is in the same office, we have no way to confirm that."

I did not even change the doctor, the office did.

Has anyone else run into this?

4 different cultivars from Trulieve hermed

Bought an 1/8th of Member Berry, Crunch Berries, Rainbow Cake and GMOLato over the past week from Trulieve’s Stuart location and ended up with an unsmokable half. Each cultivar was hermed out and full of undeveloped seed pods, although apparently I’m the only patient to have complained so far. (doubt that) This is a facilities or operating procedure error(s) and it’s day 1 shit. Laughable.

Shame on Trulieve for trying to sell this bullshit as medicine! They are well aware of what they are distributing to their dispensaries for sale.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has found any organic bud and rosin options in the Florida market?

Surterra had gotten way expensive

Has anyone else stopped shopping at Surterra since they raised their prices? Even their "sales" are more expensive than some other stores regular price. Makes me sad because Surterra is 2 minutes from my house, and even with driving out of my way, the savings are totally worth going somewhere else
