Two days ago I went out with some friends and we got a bit drunk and then some left and it was just me and my other friend. He is a bit crazier and stuff than me and he said that we should check out this massage parlor place, and that we should go. I was still pretty drunk and so I just agreed and normally I would never agree to this but I just did for some reason. So we go and it all happens and the girl that I was with put a condom on me and took off her close and we had sex. Like idk what I was imagining would happen before I agreed but I didn’t know it would be sex. And now I’m freaking out and am really concerned I have something and can’t get over it

I wore a condom, I remember she put it on and took it off and used some alcohol spray or something before and after

Ok, if you’re sure you wore a condom, you reduced your risk.

If you test too soon, it may not be long enough to pick up if you got anything. Some things will come up within a couple weeks, some take a few months.

If it were me, I’d get tested at 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year, although the 6 month screening should catch anything you may have picked up.

Ya, I plan on testing at 2, 6, and 12 week marks. And a 6 month mark. The first two to try and catch it early but within the window, 12 weeks for anything developing later, and 6 month for a back up and peace of mind. Thank you for the response and for some reassurance

So you used a condom. That's good. It's also good that she was the one who provided it which means that she takes safe sex importanly.

The risk of anything from this one exposure is very little and nil for most.

Chlamydia, gonorrhoea, HIV are zero

Syphilis is a very little risk. Most people don't have it and the risk only comes from vigerious contact with the chancre (the blister that comes from syphilis.

Herpes is more common but still statistically unlikely form this event.

If you want to test, depending on the country these are the common window periods

Chlamydia and gonorrhoea - 2 weeks Hiv - 4 weeks with a gen 4 duo test Syphilis - 6 weeks for a 99% accurate test but 12 for conclusive Herpes - test are not good enough without actual sores appearing.

The test window periods are from the UK / first world country. Check your local centres first

I'm sure you'll be fine, just get to the doctor and be reasonably honest about your concerns as you had risky sex. Don't be telling them it was a hooker just that it was someone you met in a bar or something.

Go to the police to report you committed an illegal act and paid for sex at a place men specifically go to pay for sex (aka massage parlor usually filled with immigrants who are often sex trafficked against their will)? Yeah, sure. (/sarcasm.) If you pay a prostitute for sex, that's what you get. That's not rape.
