How can I fix this?

I just got a famicom from a friend and it had this spot on it, I wouldn't have a problem removing it, but since the sticker is there and I want to keep it, I'm not sure how to fix it.

I already know how to safely disassemble and clean it, I just don't know how to keep the sticker intakt

I think this is probably degraded cellophane tape. You’ll probably have to soak a cotton swab in anhydrous IPA and carefully work it off little by little, while being careful not to damage the sticker underneath. The IPA could also dissolve the adhesive holding the sticker down, and it might even damage the ink on the sticker itself.

Honestly, it might be better to just remove the sticker underneath too and replace it with a new one

I have a second broken one with an intact sticker, maybe I could take it off and replace that one? now the question is how I remove it without breaking it or removing the stickiness

Maybe this is the way to go. "Replacement Labels Stickers" (https://www.ebay.com/itm/135096068288)

I would normally say goo gone . But since you have a sticker , WD-40 . Spray on a rag they wipe it on . This should remove the blue .

Lighter fluid will also wake up the glue adhesive enough to clean it off as well.

IPA, a q tip and a plastic scraper/spudger
