I am very thankful to my friend. He bought it from Japan for me.

RGB is alright. But I don’t think games will really utilize left and right channels.

I’d need a stereo system to really hear it, I’m on my phone, right now. Yeah, I know RGB is better. The hassle of modding isn’t my thing. I can’t mod anything.

Thanks for recommending, but currently I'm not into modding consoles.. also my CRT is mono audio, composite only and I'm happy playing in stock condition. Maybe in future I'll RGB mod one another AV Famicom and keep this one completely stock.

If you don't plan on getting a famicom zapper for the expansion port, you'll need to jump the pins over to the player 2 port to use an nes zapper. Had me vexed for a couple hrs back when I got mine because I was trying to treat it just like a regular nes and it wouldnt use the zapper the way I expected it to...probably ditto for any accessories which natively used the expansion port.
