Ethnicity: Country of genealogical origin.
I am: N: American, R: White, E: Irish, Scottish, Hungarian, German, English, Native American, and a whole soup's worth of other random ethnicities.
Being of mixed race/ethnicity doesn't automatically mean you are neither. It means you're both until the percentage differs to a point of being unrecognizable.

Wasn't "invented by Americans," asshat. Racism has been a thing for millenia. Sure, the idea of race shouldn't exist, but would you prefer if the box on medical or criminal records say "Skin Color" instead of a word that amounts to skin color? As far as I'm concerned at this point, that's just a waste of extra ink.

It's about culture and how you were raised. If some was born in China but was raised in the Wisconsin by white American parents of Nordic decent then that person is an average Midwesterner. They have more cultural ties to classical Midwestern customs. If you're parents are Mexican on one side and Irish in the other but you were raised with a lot of Mexican-American cultural influence but hardly any Irish-American culture influence than you're more Hispanic than Irish. Blood wise, that's a different conversation

I hate that they just completely sidelined Luis for Quantumania. I know it probably wouldn't have worked well for the movie's plot, but he hard carried the first movie for me. He definitely needs to come back.

Frrrr like literally the van is THE reason that everyone else was able to come back after the snap. If Luis HADN'T gotten the van, Endgame would've never happened, and half of all life in the universe would've still been gone.

It wasn’t the rat that saved the Avengers, it was Luis, that brown van with the Quantum tunnel is the reason Scott even thought of the idea of time travel in the Quantum Realm to begin with.

Let me explain this, Latin America is called such because they speak romance languages. The Romance (or Neo-Latin) languages are a group of languages that evolved directly from Vulgar Latin, the variant spoken by the common people, soldiers, and merchants in the Roman Empire, thus LATIN America.
Although there are dozens of regional variants and dialects, the group is dominated by five major languages:
Spanish (Castilian): The most widely spoken Romance language in the world, with a strong presence in the Americas and Spain.
Portuguese: Spoken across four continents, driven by Brazil, Portugal, and African nations (PALOP).
French: A global language of diplomacy and culture, rapidly expanding in West and Central Africa.
Italian: The language that remained geographically closest to the original core of the Roman Empire.
Romanian: A Romance language isolated in Eastern Europe, retaining unique Latin grammatical structures (such as grammatical cases) that disappeared in the West.
So since Brazil and French Guiana speak Latin derived languages they are indeed Latin American countries however they're not Hispanic, because as can be inferred by the name they don't speak Spanish.

While technically Thedas is a fantasy world Lucanis is from Antiva which is a country that's essentially a fusion between Italian and Hispanic cultures. Antivans as people are often portrayed with darker skin. Plus he speaks Spanish so I'd consider him Hispanic
