I see it installed 7.1 kernel today :) fedora 44 workstation

Not sure what you mean, but Fedora has been using 7.1 for a while now (about 2 months, I think).

i wish I did a screen shot but I seen a bunch of Kernal 7.1 in the update when I ran that , took atleat 10 minutes to update

That's 7.1.12. Fedora has been using 7.1 since 7.1.3.

Run 'uname -a' on the terminal to check which is your version.
