Thrifting & antiquing Thrifty find
Managed to come across these lovely ladies today while Goodwill hunting. I initially assumed they were older because of how thin the edges were, but the "dry foot" and the orange matching my Poppy set exactly is making me think they're modern. I'm thinking Cobalt (obvs), Dafodil, and Lemongrass for the others. Any opinions?

Just received a sapphire pitcher and it is giving the vibe of a bad spray paint job, agree?🤦♀️ I'm seeing a lot of this with the newer stuff.
Is this even worth keeping? Goodness 😖😵💫

Thrifting & antiquing Anybody want a peacock dinner plate?
I recently acquired 7 large peacock blue dinner plates for a reasonable price (bottom of stack in first picture, for color clarity, because my ambient room lighting is awful and warm).
Since my tale of acquisition was a source of much purity pearl-clutching, I was accused of besmirching the name of this lovely sub.
Well, as an act of “Goodwill”—so to speak— I am willing to share my bounty.
Have any of you been in need of a Peacock plate to round out your set? When I have enough money to cover shipping (which may take a bit, because I am still unemployed) I am happy to send 5 individuals a single plate as a GIFT of solidarity. (Sounds like a “steal”, doesn’t it?🤣)
Because of government bullshit, this offer is limited to those in the U. S. Also, if you live in the Pacific NW, we may be able to do an in-person pass-off.
Because most of you are asleep as I am posting, we’ll do this lottery-style (if enough people are interested). Sign-up on this thread by 11:30 PM Pacific on Monday (Aug. 31st). I’ll pull user names from that group, and we’ll work out logistics.

Identification help Need help pricing/aging
Edit: Thanks for everyone’s help! I think we’re gonna hang onto them, we have a mid-century cabin that i think we’ll bring them to display and use. Id be happy to update this thread when i take them there if y’all r interested. Theres also a cabin from the 40s there thats used as a museum of sorts that we might donate to.
Was just given these by my grandparents and need help with seeing what I should do with them (selling if they’re worth something or jus keep).
Wondering if there are some worth some money at all? My grandparents say they’re from the 40s or 50s. I can take more pictures if needed, some have a stamp some have an engraving on the bottom.
Thanks!

Personal collection Turquoise Dancing Lady Cookie Jar
My father-in-law purchased this jar for my mother-in-law in the early 2010s from the Fiestaware factory. She hated it and he passed it off to my husband and I because we are a 90% fiestaware kitchen.
They live one town away so it's easy to get things picked up 😅
Anyhoo, I was showing off our rainbow dishware to a friend and she saw our cookie jar in the background and told me to sell it. Absolutely not, I love her and she decorates the entertainment center. But upon checking up on her, I can't find any recent sales for her colorway.
This is important because if she's on the upper end of $$$-$$$$, she needs to be insured. We're military and we have moved across the globe with her 4 times so now I'm freaking out thinking I should have her listed on our renters insurance and buy extra for our PCS moves.
Anyone have comps?

Opinions on Silverware?
I see that there was a Fiesta/ Celebration silverware set that was widely produced. Does the rainbow paint come off, how okay are they with use in the dishwasher? Has anyone had experience in flaking on the paint?
I also see some other Fiesta sets that have single color acrylic handles.
I really don't like chunky fork prongs, I know that's an odd pet peeve. Do the fiesta silverware feel of quality?

Personal collection Over run with choices
I pulled all of the plates and bowls out of the cabinets to take inventory... No room for mugs and teacups on the counter. I had the idea of rotating out color schemes seasonally possibly monthly, but I feel like I need to pair down the spread of colors. I know that's crazy talk, but it's actually overwhelming. What are some of your favorite combinations?

Personal collection Heather Presentation bowl
I’m a purple girlie so I let out a little whelp when I spotted this at the thrift. Expensive for a reseller but perfect price for a collector like me! Happy dance day!

Identification help What are these?
I recently found these at a thrift store and my partner thinks they are flour and sugar jars but am wondering if anyone knows their intended purpose? Also found two ring mugs which I included for size comparison. Thank you!

My newest find 💚😍
I found this at a local thrift store outside of Pittsburgh for just $10! I believe it's chartreuse, I compared it to my lemongrass and it's definitely different.

Looking for guidance on my sisters collection.
Hi, fiesta peeps. I have a couple questions that I hope you guys could help with about my sisters collection. Long story short, my sister passed away unexpectedly this summer and our family has been working through her estate. She had this beautiful collection of fiesta ware (some pieces I believe from the 40s and some newer pieces.
We’ve kept a few pieces that I know she would have wanted us to have, but to be honest we’re not really sure what to do with the rest. I’d love any advice from collectors or others that may have gone through a similar situation before. Sorry in advance that I’m a novice to fiesta ware and am not a collector myself, but I know my sister would appreciate them going to a fiesta ware lover :)
Appreciate any help or guidance 😊

Personal collection Y’all, I found the fourth plate!
Some of y’all might remember my post a few months ago where I found 3 fiesta dinner plates in a donation pile during college move out: https://www.reddit.com/r/Fiestaware/s/lctrIjV0Jn
I remember thinking at the time that 3 was an odd number of plates to have, but didn’t think much of it. These are my first fiesta plates, and I love them sooo much.
Last week, I went to the sale that is put on using the donated goods from dorm move-out. I went RIGHT as they opened. And guess who I found at the very front of the plate display!!! The! Fourth! Plate! It was the only fiestaware in sight, so I’m going to assume it was in fact donated by the same person.
I’m sending good thrift karma to everyone 🪄
