Crashing on Windows (MsSecurity)

Ever since the new security updates, my game keeps crashing after awhile. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Just in case, here's my hardware: ROG Ally Z1E

I've tweaked around with the security settings. It seems to help for a bit, but then a few days later crashes again. I've had a few back-to-back updates, which seem to be resetting some settings.
