Question Outliner Backdraft 4inch

I got one for “free” as a promotion they were running. I’m just wondering if anyone has any problems or catastrophic malfunctions and if you would safe it’s safe for the gun specially if I am running it on an fn 509c tactical with a ANGSTADT ARMS HUB booster assembly. Thanks for your help in this matter in advance.

Didn't someone just post one where their barrel exploded because the chamber filled with unspent powder
