Fix My Print Why does it do this?
Too hot? Too slow? Too fast?
Using orcaslicer on an Ender V3

You have two main issues visible here:
The line on the right side is the Z-Seam: That is where the nozzle starts and stops each layer. In your slicer, change Z-Seam Alignment from "User Specified / Random" to "Sharpest Corner" or "Rear / Back" so it hides the seam on the back of the ghost instead of putting it on the front wall. If the seam has excessive blobs, check your outer-wall wipe distance or slight linear/pressure advance.
The hairs across the eyes and arms are stringing: This usually means either the nozzle temperature is 5–10°C too hot, retraction distance/speed needs tuning, or the filament has absorbed moisture.
What material (PLA or PETG), nozzle temperature, and slicer (Cura, Orca, Bambu Studio) are you using?

Very helpful thank you!
Using PLA, nozzle temp of 220, orcaslicer2

Glad it helped! Since you're using OrcaSlicer and standard PLA, here is how to clean this up in two simple steps:
Lower your nozzle temperature: 220°C is on the hotter side for standard PLA and is likely the main reason for the thin stringing. In OrcaSlicer (Filament settings), drop the nozzle temperature down to 200°C – 205°C.
Hide the Z-Seam: In the Process -> Quality tab, change Seam position from "Nearest" to "Back" or "Aligned". Alternatively, you can use the Seam Painting tool on the top toolbar (the brush icon) and manually paint a vertical stripe on the back of the ghost to force the seam away from the face.
If you enable Scarf joint seam (under Quality -> Seam), Orca will even blend the start/end points together so it's barely noticeable. Give it a reprint at ~205°C and the ghost should come out clean!

No problem at all! Good luck with the reprint—it’s going to look much cleaner.
