This is my desk buddy, Bhoot. He keeps me company while I work. I love him so much it hurts. He also decided today to sit under the air conditioning unit so I added a blanket to keep him warm. He’s the cutest dude to ever exist.

Just got our boy yesterday! A friend found him along with 3 others on the side of the road! Didn’t even know “flame point” was a thing buts it’s been so interesting reading and learning about his colorway!
She found his first week of August so not too sure how old he is, guessing about 6 weeks!

These are siblings. The Poly is female and so is the Marmalade girl..

They are 10 and 11 years old. Sappho is named after the Greek lesbian poet, and Lennox after Annie Lennox.

This is a picture of one of our dudes, Galileo (11) Joel (Jo-el) Casper, was taken while he was sneezing and I’m still impressed with the timing; it’s inevitably going to get tattooed on me.

He’s been with us since 2021 after he was adopted from the San Diego Humane society, rescued from a hoarder situation with 28 other cats, one litter box and completely unsocialized to people. He’s now one of the most confident, sociable cats ever.

He was a very sick little white rat 😭 I got a call the day after I took him home to say the rest of the litter was all confirmed sick with coughing and sneezing and vomitting. They offered to take him back and refund the small adoption fee but I was like why would I do that. I took him to a vet immediately and sad outside for over an hour for them to test him for Panleukopenia. Thankfully he was negative. When they finally let us in the vet asked where I got him and I told her the situation of his rescue and she gave like a big deep sad sigh like of course he’s sick. They were surprised I’d only had him for a day and was 100% on board with tests they wanted to run. When I checked out I had antibiotics and gi meds and a steroid. They decided not to charge me. In the past I have thought that vet office staff tend to ask for extra tests/meds because it makes them money so I was really shocked and touched. A month of giving him syringes has turned into 2 years of him sleeping on my face so I can’t breathe and casually bullying his older dog brothers. I still can’t believe that the tiny white cat in an incredibly colorful short haired litter turned into this.

Hawk is the smartest cat I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot. He constantly outwits me. My love for him is immense. He suckles on my shirt and falls asleep in my arms so I know he loves me too.

I assume she is a white kitty with a milk stain on her face but I’m not sure. I read somewhere that color point kitties tend to get lighter when it’s very hot outside so maybe that happened. I’m going to get her next month!

I feel like my vet is just guessing the diagnosis. How was your cat diagnosed and what were the symptoms?

My fancy guy is the mostly clingy and excessive licker I have ever know. Such a lover boi.

We got little Crouton here as a kitten, thinking she had a full white coat. Looking back, it’s so obvious she did not 😅

I didn’t even know this breed existed until she started to toast around the edges!

(don’t make fun of her weight, she’s on a diet and very self conscious)
