is this card balanced at all ? (or at least has potential)

Big thanks to Cody from the Maestro Team for sending me these, although I’m not sure if you were meant to send the second L1saac to me since it’s tagged as pestilence lol

i feel like this is better balanced than the first draft, thanks for the feedback! for those of you who have seen the original post, only the starting item and its flipped version got changed.
