Certification Project not marking as complete

I have already tried doing it twice in GitHub Codespaces, but somehow it doesn't mark it as complete on the website. I have also tried reloading the page, and it still does nothing. Can anyone help me fix this?

This has also happened to me, so I technically have not completed specific workshops. I don’t mind it because repetition is key, but I would like to see the progress 😅
