I don't understand why these guys are sea-lioning for sources. The court injunction has been widely reported on in media outlets they agree with and half the information is in the Blumenthal report.

it's so funny when christians push their religion aggressively and then don't know about it. it's like people who are super pro "law and order" but then don't actually understand or care about how due process works.

But some things are beyond the pale of reason. You said elsewhere that life begins at conception. At the point of conception, how could the fertilized egg possibly have sentience by any definition? Unless we're talking about some kind of panpsychism (which I am a fan of), but that would imply that eggs and sperm might have sentience before fertilization.

If parents want to home school their children, they are free to do so. They don’t have to allow the government to “indoctrinate” their kids with the truth.

But they do have an obligation to educate their children. If they cannot or don’t want to do so at home then the state provides that service, and will force them to do jt whether hey like it or not.

States aren’t playing with election rules though, per the constitution they can change them per state rules. So what do you want to happen then?
