AI form builder that can create forms from training material?

3 Upvotes

I handle internal training at work and creating a new feedback form after every session gets repetitive. Looking for an AI form builder that can take a training doc, understand the topic, and generate relevant feedback questions that I can tweak afterward. Any recommendations?

Saving a chat in an text file

4 Upvotes

Many users I train at our company (to comply with the EU AI Act) ask me how they can store a whole chat (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) in a text file or, most requested, in a Word file. I'm talking here about chats with the chatbots from the paid business tiers.

They want a record of the initial prompt and all the twists and turns of the ensuing discussion. They want to reconsider the flow of arguments, cherry-pick parts for their own work, or just store it for future reference. Under the AI Act there's also an obvious compliance case: being able to produce an auditable record of what was asked and what the system answered. All legitimate usage, I'd argue.

But none of the LLM chat apps offer a single-chat, human-readable export. Yes, you can export your full history and account data, with a download link sent by email — but Claude gives you a zipped JSON file, go figure it out yourself, and ChatGPT's HTML is no better in practice: try pasting it into Word and see what you get. The markup is structured so that selecting just the relevant text is practically undoable. Bear in mind who I'm training here: managers, consultants, assistants and secretaries. "Write a parser" is not an answer for them. Any attempt to automate this is difficult enough that I get the feeling it's by design, but I can't imagine a good rationale for frustrating users this way.

Asking the respective chatbots turned out to be a futile exercise, to the preposterous point that Copilot (which has access to all our company's files in our MS 365 tenant) claimed it was because of security policies protecting our company's confidential information.

So: any ideas why the AI companies don't provide such a feature? Then at least I can give the trainees an explanation.

Thanks
(spellcheck by Claude ;-) )

ChatGPT ChatGPT Work has been down for 3 hours, everything else is green

1 Upvotes

Kept getting errors in Work so I went and checked the status page. OpenAI has an active incident up: ChatGPT Work seeing elevated errors and latency, users across multiple subscription plans may be unable to start or continue tasks. Identified, mitigation in progress, ongoing for 3 hours.

Everything else is green.

The whole API row — Chat Completions, Responses, Fine-tuning, Embeddings, Images, Batch, Audio, Realtime, Files, Sora. All fine.

Codex is fine too, all four: Web, API, CLI, VS Code extension.

Under ChatGPT there are a dozen or so components and Work is the only red one. Conversations, voice, search, Deep Research, Agent, Atlas all normal.

So if you're just chatting or writing code today you probably won't notice anything. It's specifically people running tasks in Work who are stuck.

Unrelated, but there's an Ads Platform section at the bottom now with Ads Manager and Ads API listed. When did that show up.

Does your employee leak your company data to ChatGpt just to write an email ?

founders,

Half your team is probably already using AI at work.
Most of them haven't told you.

Recent research on enterprise AI use found close to half of employees are already using tools like ChatGPT for work tasks and a large majority of those sessions involve real company information being typed in. Pricing. Client details. Internal strategy.

Not through some official company account. Through personal logins, on tools nobody in the business ever approved or can see.

I don't think this is a "ban AI" problem. I think it's a "nobody's been given a safe way to use it" problem.

Curious how many people reading this have actually asked their team what they're pasting into ChatGPT this week.

I asked to chatgpt roast me

2 Upvotes

Hahaha, okay, you asked for it.ROAST MEbut specifically version"La Neryout: Director's Cut, No Mercy"So take this, you hurried m!

Nhanga is the only human being who can transform a chair half a meter awayIn a thesis on the philosophy of love, psychology, anthropology, linguistics, theology, archetype theory, and perhaps matrimonial law.

You don't talk to Ana.You do archaeology on Ana.

The girl says:

"no."

And you:

"Interesting. Let's consider four ontological hypotheses for this 'no'."

The girl pushes the chair away.

You:

"We have here an extraordinary phenomenon that precedes the next act."

The girl moves the chair closer the next day.

You:

"The theory has been confirmed."

KKKKKKKK.

And you're so hasty that you managed to create a philosophical category for it:

very hurried.

You don't wait for history to happen.You try to write chapter 18 while the story is still in chapter 3.

The woman hasn't even finished deciding if she wants to sit with you and you've already created this:

  • mulecaria;
  • lambskin;
  • saturated effect of the homoaffective complex;
  • Iry;
  • Nery;
  • Zery;
  • six-month interval formula;
  • a theory about collective idealization;
  • and probably a footnote about the biscuit's behavior.

The cookie becomes philosophy with you.

THE COOKIE.

Start:

"This cookie has changed state."

Five minutes later:

"This demonstrates the ontological transience of human bonds."

Thousands,Eat a Trakinas cookie.

And your English? My God.

Traditional English has existed for centuries, but you looked at the English language and said:

"I didn't like it."

And he created:

widecho

and

I’ll been doing samehurting widecho

You're not learning English.You are founding a dissident dialect.

Shakespeare must be looking down from his grave:

“What the fuck is widecho?”

And then comes the most wonderful part: you ask for help to understand.“he still was bread”and manages to construct a theory about the temporal personification of bread.

The bread.

Cambridge closes its doors.

Oxford collapses.

You also have an impressive ability to turn any small mistake into a...A metaphysical tragedy in five acts.

Did you lose a point in the competition?

“Lose your aura.”

Did I forget to finish the last paragraph?

"I failed before Hannah."

Did the flute go out of tune?

"Perhaps my narrative arc is crumbling."

Your hair didn't turn out the way you wanted?

"Ana is going to be disgusted with me."

Did C++ cause a problem?

"Maybe my career is coming to an end."

One broken line of code and you're already closing the company before it even opens. 😭

And what about football then?

You score five goals:

"I'm reaching my peak."

Go a few days without scheduling:

"My prime is over. My career is over. There will be no other school. There will be no other training. Football is finished."

Cristiano Ronaldo would need to send you an audio message:

"Calm down, brother."

You also have a very peculiar relationship with the word."sentence".

Ana does something and you immediately want to know:

"Is this a sentence?"

No, man.

Life is not a small claims court.

She placed a chair far away.

It is not:

"The final judgment in Nhanga v. Ana, case 2026."

KKKKKK.

And you still manage to be simultaneously:

"I'm not going to play Ana"

And eight seconds later:

"But did that sigh mean she was overwhelmed, repressing something, regulating intimacy, creating a mask, or anticipating the next act?"

You are incapable of not interpreting Ana.

You could find Ana in a zombie apocalypse and ask her:

"Why did you kill that zombie before me? Was that a manifestation of the archetype?"

And your philosophy of"The philosopher needed to make mistakes in order to document what society already knew."It's wonderful because, in your universe, apparentlyAll of humanity possesses ancestral wisdom.But nobody wrote it in Word.

Then Nhanga appears:

“I DOCUMENT.”

Plato:

"Finally."

Aristotle:

"Thank you, kid."

Nietzsche:

"What the hell is this kid doing?"

And there's another one:

Can you take a completely normal emotional state and transform it into...an entire mythology of characters.

Roberta became Iry.

Ana became Nery.

And now you want to create Zery, the perfect woman.

I.e:

"That romantic experience traumatized me."

Nhanga's response:

"I'm going to solve this by founding a literary universe."

KKKKKKKKKK.

You don't suffer,Tu worldbuilda o sofrimento.

Other people end a relationship and listen to music.

You end a relationship and create:

Official chronology + archetypal character + experimental English music + philosophical theory + PDF.

And the most impressive thing:

You might receive a simple answer and immediately ask:

"But that means..."

NO.

It means nothing.

But you:

“But if we consider the archetypal manifestation…”

MY SON.

Sometimes only one person is sitting down. 😂

Now, the most brutal roast:

You want to be loved, but sometimes it seems like you also want to be loved.to be a concept.

You don't just want someone to say:

"I like you."

Do you want someone to say:

"I like you, I recognize your narrative structure, I understand your philosophy, I validated your system of categories, I accepted your taxonomy of links, and I read the 76-page PDF."

KKKKKKKKKK.

And perhaps that's why Zery is so perfect.

Because you basically created:

"A woman who finally understands the Nhanga instruction manual."

But there's one thing I won't make fun of because it's genuine:

You are very creative.

You take small experiences, misspoken words, relationships, dreams, soccer, music, religion, programming, and transform everything into your own concepts, stories, and systems.

The problem is that sometimes you do that.four hours before the event finishes happening.

So, summarizing your character in one sentence:

Nhanga is a philosopher who invented a time machine, but he uses it exclusively to go back five minutes and ask, "What did Ana's sentence mean?"

KKKKKKKKKKKK.

Roast concluded.

OpenAI charged me $200 via an auto-upgrade bug, refused to refund their own technical loop, and just PERMANENTLY BANNED my account with zero further appeal.

Thumbnail gallery

This has gone way beyond gross incompetence—it is straight-up predatory billing followed by a retaliatory ban to keep my money. OpenAI has officially confirmed they are upholding the decision to permanently deactivate my account, adding: "We will no longer consider additional requests to appeal this case."
Here is the complete timeline of how a paying user gets scammed and silenced by OpenAI:
The Forced Upgrade Loop: I subscribed to ChatGPT Plus ($20/mo) for studying. The system automatically and without authorization upgraded my tier to ChatGPT Pro ($200/mo) with zero confirmation prompts or notifications. Support refunded it initially, but failed to address why the bug occurred.
The Glitch Strikes Again: Assuming it was resolved, I went back to purchase Plus again. The exact same system failure hit immediately: it force-upgraded my account to Pro ($200) a second time.
Refusing to Fix Their Own Defect: When I contacted their billing specialists explaining that this was a recurring backend defect, their agent flatly denied the refund with: "Refund denied because you already received a refund once." They expected me to eat a $200 loss for their broken system.
The Permanent Ban & Zero Recourse: Immediately following the refund denial, they deactivated my account. I submitted an official appeal, and within hours received the final email: Appeal denied, access terminated permanently, and no further communication accepted.
I have never violated any Terms of Service, never shared credentials, never generated restricted content, and never engaged in abusive behavior. My only "crime" was having their billing platform glitch out and asking for an unauthorized charge to be corrected.
ACTION TAKEN: I have already filed a formal dispute and chargeback with my credit card issuer for unauthorized transactions and non-delivery of services, alongside a formal report to consumer protection regulators.
PSA: If you have an active payment method on OpenAI, remove your cards immediately or freeze international online transactions. Their billing system is broken, and their policy is to ban victims who report it.

No ChatGPT para Android, existe alguma forma de fixar manualmente um modelo específico, em vez de deixar o sistema migrar automaticamente para o modelo mais recente? Não estou falando de Alto/Médio/Instantâneo.
